FAITH

Where is your faith? Hebrews chapter 11:1 tells us that faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

If you are a Christian you have to believe that there is a God and that his son died on the cross for your sins. That is a part of faith.

I have had conversations in the past with people who are atheist. They cannot understand how we can believe that there is a God. I on the other hand cannot under how they can believe that there is not a God a Great Creator. I have often told people that I can’t see the wind but I can feel that it is there.  I cannot see my salvation, but I can feel it alive in my soul. Does that make me perfect – no just forgiven.

Hebrews 11:3 through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

We have to have faith. For a non – Christian who has never experienced the love of God or the blessing of salvation and the pure wonderful feeling of the love of God it is hard for them to understand. We have to be ever watchful of our attitude, how we walk before men. Our lives will be the only bible that some people will ever read. How easy can you be read? Do you show faith, the love of God in your life? If they can see something different in our lives, they may want to know more.

Hebrews 11:6 but without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

I wish that I could explain how I feel to the lost and make it seem so real. People are dieing and going out into the immortal world each day. Some have made preparations through faith to spend immortality in Heaven; some have not made the necessary preparations.

I want you to know that one day Jesus will split the Eastern sky and then it will be too late. Will you be changed in the moment of a twinkling of an eye or will you let your inability to have faith cause you to miss out on a great reward? Regardless we will all stand before the Great White Throne Judgment. The saved will hear “enter in my good and faithful servant”, the lost will hear “depart from me ye workers on iniquity for I never knew you”. How sad for the lost to know that they have stood before God and missed out on that great reward. Hell is real and the lost are going to go there.

We all need to be about our Fathers business, witnessing for Him and telling the world about the good news. That good news is Jesus.

By faith we are saved. May God Bless you!
